Our Director
Andrew Lazarou
The team is led by our director, Andrew Lazarou. A well respected and highly regarded retail property executive, Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the retail property sector across project leasing, operational retail leasing, retail master planning, development, and property management.
Andrew has spent his career focused on the leasing and management of some of Australia’s best retail assets. Prior to launching One Retail in 2019, Andrew had the privilege of being part of one of Australia’s leading property development companies, Lendlease. In his 18 years with Lendlease, Andrew forged a reputation for being a highly effective and determined negotiator, a creative thinker and an excellent communicator which allowed him to deliver high quality, commercially strong retail outcomes whilst always upholding his core values of honesty, integrity, excellence, and trust.
Andrew has been involved in the retail leasing in over $2.7 billion of retail and mixed-use projects and has worked on over 30 retail assets in all spheres of the retail property spectrum including major CBD projects, neighbourhood shopping centres, airports, large format centres, mixed use precincts, high quality retail strip and top 20 super-regional shopping centres.
Andrew is supported by a highly personable, experienced and capable team of retail leasing and property management specialists.
The One Retail team is presently delivering the leasing in over $1 billion in retail and mixed use projects in Sydney.
