Cockle Bay Park

An $891-million mixed use development in the heart of Darling Harbour, Sydney.

  • Cockle Bay Park will include a 43 level, 75,000sqm premium office tower and 14,000 sqm of retail which will be home to a new world class food and dining waterfront precinct
  • Architect is Henning Larsen together with Architectus and McGregor Coxall
  • Developer is GPT and AMP Capital’s AWOF Fund (now managed by Mirvac and known as MWOF)

Role

On behalf of AMP Capital, manager of co-owner AWOF, we undertook the following for this project:

  • A comprehensive peer review of the proposed Retail Strategy and Retail Plan
  • A detailed commercial summary and benchmarking exercise inclusive of all relevant project leasing commercial inputs including gross rent, incentives, occupancy costs, contingencies
  • A comprehensive Food & Beverage tenancy services review to ensure the proposed built form and services supported the preferred Retail Plan
