  • Quay Quarter Tower encompassing 90,000 sqm of premium office space designed by leading Danish architect 3XN
  • Responsibility for over 50 retail tenancies across 8200sqm of retail in two re-imagined, world class retail precincts of Quay Quarter Lanes and Quay Quarter Tower. The new precincts have seen the introduction of an eclectic restaurant, bars, cafes, eateries, a new Market Hall completement by lifestyle and everyday essentials including a supermarket.
