The largest asset in this portfolio, 1 Shelley Street is presently going through a repositioning project with the assistance of pre-eminent architects @WoodBagot

- We will provide strategic advice and retail planning services for re-positioning these 3 assets, followed by a retail leasing campaign on behalf of Charter Hall
- The project comprises circa 3000 sqm of retail space and our role is to ensure retail positioning is relevant, effective and optimised in a precinct that has seen dramatic change since these buildings were first developed.
